Can you give some details on the L* calibration? I understand it's an
alternative to gamma calibration.
Actually you can learn more about the L* calibration as well as the
product itself on the "www.integrated-color.com" website.
As Roger has said, the L* mapping will "look and feel" a lot like G2.2
yet yield with much more tone separation in the shadow range.
ColorEyes Display has been shipping for 3 weeks, with or without the
DTP94 X-Rite instrument, but supporting virtually all popular
instruments.
I think , as far as monitor companies endorsing the display calibration
technology, it speaks well of the core technology developed by ICS.
Isnt that what we are really talking about?
