As it stands, you can't have good output from InDesign CS to an RGB-based
driver such as Canon's. I have an i960 and InDesign CS output is wrong
compared to that from Photoshop and Illustrator. IDCS output is good only if
you print to a PostScript RIP. That is my experience.

As for color management, I suggest you take a look at Chris Murphy's Real
World Color Management book. The procedure is basically the same as printing
from Photoshop and Illustrator. Except the fact that you can print from
multiple sources whereas with PS and Ai there is only one source to worry
about.
