Hello Armand,
there needs to be said that the quality a LCD display can
deliver mostly depends on the display itself. There are not
that much display manufacturers, Nec-Mitsubishi, Samsung,
LG-Philips, just to (incompletely) name some.
The above said is mostly true if you use the digital input
of the device. If your graphics card only has an analog output,
buy a new one.
Mostly, displays of different resellers differ in the way what
you can adjust with the on-screen- display, and how easy and
intuitive it is. Or what the sound of the built-in speakers is like.
Or the ability to connect video devices. Or the design.
You have to decide what you need and what it's worth for you.
An example:
The famous (and serious) german computer magazine c't tested 7
different 23 inch displays (1920 * 1200 pixels resolution).
Six of them had the same LG-Philips display.
All had nearly the same picture quality using the digital input.
Price range was 1750 Euro (HP) to 2270 Euro Apple)
