I have a friend who has and Epson 7000, running on a dual boot G4.
The Epson drivers are only available for OS 9, and since the printer is
an old model (2 generations, soon to be 3) they have no plans for OSX
supported drivers as far as I know. There drivers are proported to run in
a Classic window...not ideal in my opinion.
Probably not an enviroment where its feasible to buy a true $1,500 RIP,
(plus
set up and profiling cost), I know this is the best way. Just looking
for a good,
reliable driver that might permit printing from Photoshop in OSX that
is not too
expensive ....suggestions...?
