Assuming Mac OS X:

Mac HD/Library/ColorSync/Profiles

or

Mac HD/Users/user name/Library/Colorsync/Profiles
(profiles will only be accessable for that user)

Assuming Mad OS 9:

Mac HD/System Folder/Colorsync Profiles

Assuming Windows XP/2000 (Yikes!)

C:\WINNT\System32\Spool\Drivers\Color
