A friend asked me to create what many digital photographers have been
asking for. Digital film looks. That is ... make my capture look like
Velvia, now make it look like EPP, now make it look cross processed, now
Tri-x... and so on. I have the Spectroscan but not the "T" version so I'll
be trying prints (reflective) first, most likely a cross processed E6 film
printed on photo paper. The target will be the Macbeth DC color checker or
the 24 patch chart.

Should I make a printer profile from the captured data and assign or maybe
convert to this profile or should I be making some sort of camera profile?
