The Sherpa uses ICC profiles, the same way Best does, and is pointed to a
particular reference profile within the PDF Proofer RIP. Instead of
profiling the Sherpa itself I suggest trying to get your hands on the
reference profile your offset house is using for reference and use that
instead. In theory, if both printers/RIP's are independently calibrated and
profiled but pointed at the same reference profile they should match.
