I was able to easily mimic the look of the Polaroid 59. Probably should
have tried it before asking here.
I shot a 24patch macbeth with 4x5" Polaroid59 , read it with the spectro
in MeasureTool and saved out a text reference file. Then I shot the same
target with the digital camera, grey balanced the image and saved it as a
TIFF. In the camera module of PM 4.1.5 I put the polaroid text file in the
'reference' field and the TIFF image of the neutral target in the sample
field. Made the profile then assigned it to an image in Photoshop. I makes
the capture look like Polaroid59. Not sure how well this will work with
Velvia and such and I'm sure there will be some banding somewhere but it
just might work.
