Both are good. EFI bought Best a few years back and by doing so they got a
pretty good exchange of the best of the two had to offer in way of color
management on office and proofing devices.
Best had an arrangement with GMB for the i1 for the online measurements of
control bars and or calibrations through the EFI Premium rips that have
built in calibration and profiling.
The system works with Gretag i1 devices and does so well due to their
partnership.

I had a lot of fun testing iQueue which I still have BTW. It's a fast server
and color rip for all sorts of uses. Yours maybe be one of the best places
to use it.
Their are other solutions from Helios, and if it's Quark only color managing
docs before separations Compass Pro XT works very well. It's an XT that
converts placed images, text too if you like , in most image formats
including EPS, Tif both rgb or CMYK . Most of these apps are getting old
though and are becoming less a need than when they were the only way to do
this type of DTP proofing and pre-reading upstream of the plate setters.
