second edition. Usually that's where the authors note the changes,
additions, deletions between the new and previous editions. But in the case
of RWCM 2nd edition I fail to find one? Maybe it's up on some web site?

The first five chapters are basically unchanged except for correcting typos. Everything else has been updated-some of it is minor tweaks, some of it is total rewrites, most is somewhere inbetween.
