Can anyone verify, or correct my findings using Photoshop Picture package?
It seems you should always make sure that the profile of the file you will be using to make a Picture Package is the same as the input profile that is set in the Color Settings pane. If there is a mismatch between these two, Photoshop will automatically and invisibly change the values of the picture package file to match the same look as the original file but using the profile that is defined in Color Settings. (Like the convert to profile function.) This will actually cause the numbers of the new Picture Package file to be different than the original file the picture package was made from.
Thanks for your help,
