Which printer are you using? The previous range of Epson printers (7600, 9600) did have a limit of 2.3m (94inches) from the driver, for both Mac and PC. One workaround for this is to drop your image file into Illustrator and print as a banner (ie multipage document with zero space between pages). This effectively prints a 4m image onto two 2m pages, thus overcoming the driver limitation
