ATI Radeon 9800XT card for color?

Hi List members!

We are getting 5 G5's for our color managed photography labs very soon. Our IT support people want me to go with the ATI Radeon 9800 XT video card that our animation people are buying for their new G5 animation lab. This is so our IT support people can do one big order with apple and have more 're-purposeable' lab computers.

QUESTION Are the ATI Radeon 9800XT cards any good for quality color managed display using Dual monitor set-up and independent monitor profiles for each display?

Are their better Video cards I should be looking at for color work with our G5's?
