We are quite surprised with Mr. Rodney's comments.
As he wrote, we sent a copy of our product to many people in the
industry for feedback when it was released. The product was very new
but already in use in a few printing shops for actual production work.
Mr. Rodney's feedback at that time was quite different from what he's
writing now. He noticed some cosmestic problems in the interface as
well as some other problems he had with some blues. Still, he also
wrote that the gray balance was very good, something difficult to
accomplish on an EPSON. That was more or less the extent of his
comments.
After that feedback, we sent him an update a week later, which he
refused to try out, even when informed that the update included many
changes he had proposed.
Fortunately, other persons we sent the product to have continued to
help us improve the product, resulting in the software that was later
sent to Mr. Sharma for his review. The feedback we received from him
and our actual users (among which are many printing shops owned by
TransContinental and Quebecor) has been very positive.
We can understand someone's need to defend products he's comfortable
with. Still, we cannot remain silent after such unjustified product
bashing.
Finally, if anyone wishes to test the accuracy of our product, feel
free to send readings and reference to email@hidden. We will be happy
to send you back a profile you can compare with the ones you already
have.

I got a copy to test about 6-8 months ago and the RGB profiles I
produced were truly awful so I’m not sure what’s up with the
disconnect between the two “findings”. I didn’t do any fancy detalE
analysis, the print on the light box was enough. I gladly returned the
product that was provided for review...
