There is still great ambiguity about such a work flow. Are they gamut mapping from the sRGB gamut to the device gamut, or is the sRGB being used as a colorimetric interchange space ? In the former case, you would then need to expand any material you sent them up to use the full sRGB gamut space, if you want to use the full gamut of the printer, and you'd really like some idea as to the nature of the gamut mapping they are using. In the latter case, you would want to know the gamut of the printer, so that you can gamut map your originals to conform to that gamut, and you would also need a few more details about how the sRGB maps to the printer space (ie. whether it is being used as an absolute or relative colorimetric interchange space for instance.)
