Please note that I
monitor the ColorSync Users List regularly, and I have contributed from time to
time when the need arises.
The PANTONE ColorCue
provides RGB simulation values based on both the sRGB and Adobe 1998 RGB color
spaces.
The CMYK data is
based on the PANTONE solid to process guide coated. Thus, the values are
based on the workflow, which is clearly outlined in the copy pages of the
printed Guide. While the inkset used meets ISO requirements for SWOP, the
workflow does not necessarily conform to all components of
SWOP.
