Well, whichever happens to have the lowest L* value; you
just have to sort them (for example in Excel) to find out.
When dealing with inkjet, depending on the printer, inks
and media, it could be for example that 100,20,20,90
results in a lower L* value than 400%; in the same way
that with certain ink/media combinations result in
inverted density ramps (100%C having less density than
90%C), the same "don't take it for granted" principle
applies for wet ink trapping.
While in offset one can generally expect more predictable
behaviour, I would just never take it for granted, and
rather resort to sorting the patches and finding out.
