Ben is, of course, correct, but that's not what we've been talking
about. We've been talking about the relationship between image pixels
and monitor pixels, and Photoshop's Actual Pixels view displays the
image pixels one-for-one on screen.
Print Size is broken because there's no way for the display to
communicate its actual resolution in ppi to Photoshop, since it's
dependent on both the physical size of the monitor and the way the
geometry controls are set. All Photoshop knows is the total number of
pixels.

What is the deal about the information given in Photoshop Magazine
by Ben Willmore about -
"View>Print Size"
being incorrect in Photoshop.
One needs to go through a process to find the exact resolution of
their particular monitor -
then set this resolution in the Photoshop preferences -
then actually use the "ZOOM Print Size" button (and not "View> Print Size") -
to get Photoshop to produce the actual size of a final print in
pixels on the screen.
This seems to hold true on the systems we have tested it on.
