Good CMYK space

If you're not a printer and not profiling presses, where do you go for a
good CMYK color space?

Some of the default ones I've seen are pretty whacky.

What do you pros use?

I'd like to use a good CMYK profile on my new Xerox 7750GX (brag brag.)

The one I made from a Matchprint is not all that close to what I see
printers printing. Reds are limited to orange and deep blues go purple.
