Bret,
I had that problem today at a large company I work with. As it turns out
this is a permissions issue with OSX. I had to get the Mac IT guy involved
to help straighten out the Macs permissions.
After the permissions got cleaned up, I logged in as the Administrator,
loaded ColorPort and it worked as it did in my office.
