Hello, I'm making printer profiles for uncoated papers and
I have some problems and will appreciated your help and suggestions.
My workflow is Win XP, epson 2200 UC inks, Matte black. Monitor Lacie
19 III calibrated
I printed the TC91.8 RGB with No colour adj with the Epson driver.
The target was measured with eye one pro in measute tool, I averaged 3
measurements to get the reference data. When I finish the measure open
the aditional info and I select D50 and 2ยบ and click on Lan info too.
I save it
I make the profile in PM 5.02., profile size large, Logo colorful,
paper colored gray, D50.
when I make the softproof in PsCS 2 I check the profile, perceptual
and BPC and I see a redish shift in the 90 and 95%
of the grayscale (Image 01 is the softproff in PSCS 2, perceptual and
BPC unchecked)http://img99.echo.cx/img99/1690/image015uu.jpg
. In profile editor this shift is worse (Image 02)

Image 3 is with BPC checked and the shift is less.

When I print the gray ramp this red shift is minimal, you can't see in
the paper. So my question are. Why do you think?.
Is that a problem with the measurements?, with the inks?. the paper?,
the device?. What I make wrong?
I see this redisn shift in Epson Enhaced matte paper
but is minimal in the soof proof,

thanks in advance and excuse for my english ;-)
