If you have a Spectroscan or EyeOne you simply measure in GretagMacbeth
ProfileMaker MeasureTool and save the measurement data.
If you want RGB numbers for a particular RGB colorspace you can use the free
Eye One Share with the Eye One to determine the RGB equivalents for each
spot measurement sample. Teadious. Or use a GretagMacbeth Spectroscan with
ProfileMaker ColorPicker and select RGB colorspace. Or you can do this also
in X-Rite ColorShop X using an Eye One and the Profile Calculator option. Or
