We are in the middle of a big bug stomp on ColorThink and I'm confident we're killing these off and will be releasing a free bug fix version for both Mac and Windows fairly soon.
This problem seems to stem from Norton AntiVirus "AutoProtect". Try turning AutoProtect off and then graphing and it should be OK. If this doesn't solve the problem or you are not running Nortons, please let us know as we may be dealing with a different issue.
