When I read my measurements with the Eye-One, the values will be Lab (or spectral) values. How would I get them to a dot value?

How would I generate an appropriate CMYK profile using ProfileMaker? The Maximum K setting (unlike Photoshop's Legacy CMYK approach) generates C, M, and Y values in addition to a strong black channel. So how would you create an appropriate translation between color modes?
