Simply start from the Pantone Lab values in Photoshop. Convert them AbsCol
to your Output profile and print. That's the best you can hope for. If you
don't find the match too great you could always compute the difference
between the original Lab values and the resultant printed Lab values. But
you'll have to accept the results you're getting that way as the best your
custom profile can deliver.
