I have purchased, but not opened the box, of a 19 inch LCD Benq model
Q9T3, product name FP931-D.
The contrast is 450:1.
The Apple dealer does not know much about this monitor.
Questions to the group: Anyone using this monitor or monitor family?
Does it have individual red, green and blue channels?
Is the contrast of 450:1 satisfactory?
I would use it on a G5, along side a Mitsubishi 2060U. I profile with
the i1 Pro and i1 Match 3.01. Currently I use a LaCie19 Blue along
side the 2060U. The LaCie19 Blue would be used with the blue and
white G3 that has been driving both monitors.
I use one monitor for PS tools and the other monitor for the PS image
though I do put images on both monitors. Therefore I want a
profilable monitor. I do not expect an LCD monitor to look precisely
like the 2060U.
