Thanks for the response.

The EDOX4 RIP is by EFI and is basically a repackaged Fiery, specialized
(read that aftermarket) RIP built into an HP Windows2000 machine and
marketed by IKON.

Very tweakable for calibrating itself off the Canon glass, off any
densitometer and then can build profiles from scratch. Just learning all
about color myself so I do appreciate your  knowledge on the profile
placement.
