Like someone already said, you can place the profiles on individual workstations, on a dedicated server for doing the conversions, or at the RIP. I just wanted to stress to you that you only want to install the profiles at ONE and only ONE of these locations. Actually, you can install them at all locations, but the point is to be certain that the workflow you decide on only makes the conversion at ONE and only ONE location. Imagine if the color was converted at the workstations, only to be converted again at the RIP. This will not produce correct results and should be avoided.
