That's spooky, I checked that the scripts were on the site a couple of
minutes before posting!
Fortunately, the appleclub.com.hk site hasn't been updated yet, so this is
how the page looked last night:

And you'll note that the new URL that you posted above still contains a link
to the "AppleScript web site" at www.apple.com/applescript/ which goes
nowhere :-(
I'll keep an eye on that URL, hopefully the AppleScript section is being
updated with lots of new and interesting stuff...
