I believe it is possible to re-calibrate these charts using a
GretagMacbeth  i1 Spectrophotometer.

If that is the case, does anyone on here know how it is done.

It's possible to measure the charts using MeasureTool (part of the ProfileMaker Package) using the Tools>Test Chart Measurement option in that software, then saving the results to a file for later use in ProfileMaker.
