Where in Tiger is the old "Default Profiles" tab hidden?

Can anyone shed any light on the new location in Tiger of the "Default
Profiles" tab previously located in the Preferences panel of the Panther
ColorSync utility.
Additionally, can anyone point me in the direction of any Tiger specific
ColorSync educational reading materials.
