I still find the times quoted for the IO hard to believe... about 2
minutes for an IT8 means almost one tenth of a second per patch.
Unless the device is actually working like a strip reader, gliding in
continuous motion over strips (and then moving a row up), in which
case I guess it'd be fast enough.
Anyone has a movie of it in action? :)
BTW, how long does a DTP-70 take for an IT8?
And, what's the max format of the IO?
