This appears to be a fill bug. If you do it with option-delete, you
get a discrepancy in at least one channel in CS2 that you don't get
in other apps. But if you switch to the brush tool and paint the same
color (changing nothing else), then the specified values are painted.
If I use the Fill command, I get discrepancies as well. So it's not
an eye dropper tool or info palette problem, it's that the wrong
values are being filled.
