It is definitely happening to me, and Abe too. Anyone else?
Also, I tried to see what happens if I throw away the preferences (in case
they were corrupted), but the behavior doesn't change.
Hey, maybe they made a special version of Photoshop CS2 just for me, with
complimentary bugs...that's it!
