Hello Daniel!
I don't know the small commandline tool you are searching for, but Profile
Editor from GM ProfileMaker can do it even in demo-mode. Just rename your
profile as you want, start PE, choose tool->update ICC profile name (or
Ctrl-N) and point to the profile. And PE will make the internal name the
same as filename. No additional saving of ICC profile necessary.
