Other than the text sounds a bit dated (including the wrong URL for my
Printer Test File), there's nothing shocking that stands out to me. I'd have
suggested D65 if given the option and I doubt anyone is still using WiziWYG
anymore but I don't see anything here that is that far off. That they can't
produce a profile for you is a bigger issue.
So what do you get from them when you do send them the file in ColorMatch
RGB?
