Marco,
I do have a Picturemate amongst my Epson collection - just for the wife you
understand! - and there is a 'No correction' setting in the Picturemate
driver as opposed to 'Automatic correction' which corrects things like
levels and contrast I think. So I use the 'No correction' setting, without a
custom profile, and you just have to learn that they come out a bit darker
and a bit less saturated than they appear on screen. Might try a custom
profile if David T has done one successfully.

As for the lack of a "no color adjustment" setting, one could probably
choose a static setting of some sort within the print dialog box, one that
does not change results depending on the image being sent. That would
probably define a "known state" of sorts, wouldn't it?
