I know on a recent update of Prinergy we were court out with a similar
problem. The update automatically generated the Yellow at a finer screen
ruling and you had to check a tick box to force the yellow screening to
produce the desired ruling.
I believe this was done to remove the need of swapping the magenta and black
angles
I am unfamiliar with the Xitron rip but it is possible there may be a
similar fix or a different choice of screen system
