Right, this makes sense. I suppose that standard profiles are embedded as matrix (small)  and the custom profiles (not a good idea it seems) as tables, hence the large file.

In a nutshell: in the first case, a matrix profile is embedded, in
the second case a lookup table profile is embedded.
