It seems LaCie, NEC/Mitsubishi, and Sony moderately priced CRT
displays are going by the wayside. Are the 19-20" LCD's in the
under $1000 price range really comparable? Or does one have to purchase
an Eizo or Artisan to get decent quality. We need to replace
a few older trinitron monitors in our imaging facility. Any
recommendations for displays for higher education tightened
budgets?
