I think the easiest way - though not the cheapest - would be to send the unit back to X-Rite for the proper modifications and recalibration of the unit.


Anything short of that I don't believe would be at all trustworthy or worth your time... in the long run scheme of things.

I had this done on mine several years ago, in the course of a routine trip back for re-calibration. At that time I believe the charge was about $450.00.
