Calling all color gurus!!
This is slightly off topic, but we are about to install our first
remote proofing station at one of our more prominent clients. (We have
3 more waiting in the wings.) We are using GMG as well as Epson 9600's
here. The client is going to be getting a 9800 as 9600's are hard to
come by. Have any of you done this and if so what problems can I expect
to arise? They are going to be using our GMG server through a dedicated
T1. Will there be issues in matching a 9800 to our existing 9600's? And
can anyone speak from experience as to the difference in sharpness
between a 9800 and a 9600? I know there is a way to increase sharpness
on the 9600 through GMG but I hear that is not an option on the new
9800. Thanks in advance for your time! And I checked my building....
no Osama here!!!!
