Thank you for explaining this so clearly and unambiguously, as usual.
It still seems to me that "Printer Color Management" was a very imprecise expression to use, because "Color Management" in that case is not necessarily what we have come to expect (profiles, etc.). Only if the driver supports it, it is the "color management" we know, with profiles and all. But if the driver is AWOL on that front. it is more like shooting craps.
The new terminology in CS2 ("Let Printer Determine Colors") is a welcome correction of that ambiguity.
