Dumb question... For my home purposes would there be any advantage in me
converting my digital picture collection from sRGB (native to my Sony DSC-1
and 7) to ProPhoto? Assigning a new profile, ProPhoto? Or am I better off to
leave well enough alone? Some of these will eventually make it on press for
visual references, but almost all of them will either be online or printed
via a digital photograph printing service like Costco, Shutterfly or Kodak.
