Best dot-based proofers for SWOP

Does anyone have any recommendations regarding the best SWOP dot- based, densitometric proofer on the market today?

When I say 'best', I am judging the proofers ability to output a 'U.S. Web Coated (SWOP)v2.icc' separated file without need for additional color management/correction.

To put it another way, if I were to profile the proofer and assign that profile to an image separated into 'U.S. Web Coated (SWOP)v2' or 'SWOP2006_Coated5_PERFX.icc', the 'best' proofer would show little or no color shift.
