Yeah that only tells me its neutral with a light source that has a
D50 spectral radiant power distribution. What I need is a spectral
reflectance that is reasonably neutral.
Most major paint manufacturers are able these days to imitate any given color sample, even taking the spectral distribution into account. I'm pretty sure that Akzo-Nobel can pull that off. Here are their brands:

So take a sample of the color you need and contact your paint distributor....
Else you can choose any of the 'N' line of colors in NCS, though you'll not be sure of the spectral distribution....

NCS is used as a 'mother' system by several major paint manufacturers and can be reproduced by any of the global brands.
