Reading the latest info, Xrite will maintain current CEO of it's own unit for a period of time, to be replaced by a Gretag member. Overall operations will be managed by Gretag. Shades of Daimler/Chrysler?

I wonder who is buying who? Recently, Adobe and Macromedia have "merged" but
we all kow that Macromedia was bought by Adobe.
