Just for the record...other than exchanging a couple of emails with
Bruce Fraser, I have had no business connection with him. However,
after studying color science for more than 25 years, I was very happy
to see someone put most of the important information in one or two
books. Thanks Bruce.
BTW...please list other books that bring all of this information
together as well as these do. I would like to read them.

Hi Group,
Before asking questions of this group it is a simple courtesty to have
done your homework. I would suggest the following reading list:
Real World Color Management by Bruce Fraser, Chris Murphy, and Fred Bunting
Real World Photoshop CS2 by David Blatner and Bruce Fraser
Real World Camera RAW by Bruce Fraser
After you study and understand these books, then come back and ask your
questions. You will notice that several of the authors of these books
are kind enough to answer questions in this group. Be kind enough to
support their efforts.
If you want extra credit, get a copy of "Color Appearance Models by Mar
D. Fairchild. If you read it and understand it, please come back and
answer some questions for the rest of us.
Thanks,
Ray Maxwell
