Hi Roger.
3 years ago LCDs were not as good as they are today. Perhaps it had too
narrow a viewing angle to justify the expense, even for a professional,
given that at that time there was still a strong competition from the likes
of the Sony Artisan and other affordably-priced good-quality CRTs.
Also, these days people no longer have "cold feet" with LCDs in general,
whereas that may have been the case around 2002.
