Seems like the Lin File is OK. What paper/type are you using? What was the total ink limit?

Seems like the A2B and B2A sections of each profile agree with each other. Did you make both the press profile and the paper profile? What rendering intent are you using? Which spectro, profiling application and settings did you use?
I get the best results using the same spectro and application for both profiles. If you limit the ink in the Linearization, I would use 400% when creating the paper profile, and relatively high GCR. Put the Total ink from the linearization in when you link the lin file to the paper profile.
